Expectations are higher for our preferred lenders. With a 45 day notice of closing there should not have been appraisal or loan issues at the last minute with this loan. Terry Peterson and myself pride ourselves in satisfying our customers. This is very hard to do when their last experience is a bad closing experience. Hopefully we can do better in the future
